If you’re hard working and inquisitive, have a great sense of humour and are internationally mobile and ambitious, you're off to a good start. However, you’ll also need to be a recent graduate, with a relevant Bachelor’s Degree at a minimum of 2:1, or someone who is due to graduate before the programme start date of September 2015.

We’ll also be looking for potential in the following key leadership competencies:

• A real customer/consumer focus
• A results-driven approach
• Lots of passion and integrity
• An analytical and strategic mind

Ideally, you’ve had some international exposure too. This could range from learning a foreign language or hosting foreign students to more formal working, studying, living or volunteering abroad. Some relevant work experience is also essential, as is a desire to live and work abroad.

In return, during your first two years you can expect a starting salary of c. £25,000 basic and a whole host of Carlsberg benefits, including single healthcare, product allowance, pension scheme and bonus. We’ll also give you a signing on bonus of £1,500!
