About the Programme

Our comprehensive two year Programme has been designed to develop your potential, both for leadership and a specialist role.

Your first task will be to attend a Carlsberg induction week hosted by our L&D and Talent team, following which you’ll be given your very own personal mentor. Regular on-the-job development and rotation will then help you progress towards a target job that will be offered to you as a permanent role at the end of the programme, either in Production, Supply Chain or Sales and Marketing. That means you can expect to spend 3-6 months within at least one other function aligned to your career aspirations. You’ll also have at least one international job rotation of 3-6 months in year two.

What’s more, throughout the two years, our HR team will co-ordinate a series of training, development and networking days focused on areas such as Mentoring and Coaching; Presentation Skills; Personal Branding; Financial/Commercial Acumen and many more. And, for the entire duration of the programme, your personal mentor will be on-hand to provide an ongoing source of guidance and support plus our Talent team will meet with you on a regular basis to discuss your progress. There will also be a limited number of bursaries available for a Masters at the Copenhagen Business School for particularly highly qualified trainees.
