Training and Development

I have been given an opportunity to progress in the department, with 100% support from my line managers and all the training I need to fulfil my role.

Everyone at Carlsberg UK is empowered to be what they want to be. You can move onwards and upwards to take on more senior roles as you build your expertise. You can take sideways steps, moving into new business areas and different roles to experience varied challenges. Or you can choose to specialise in a certain role to become an expert in your field.

Whatever you want to do, your on-going development is our priority. We don’t tend to deliver formal training – we prefer the hands-on methods of on-the-job coaching, mentoring and job shadowing. There are always new and exciting projects on the go and we’ll ensure that you get to play your part, developing your skills with stretching responsibilities and learning how to enhance your performance every day. In fact, it’s this kind of ‘no two days are the same’ variety that makes working with us so fast-paced and enjoyable.
